OK.....it was -10 this morning.....Are you kidding?? Needless to say, I am starting to already feel the itch for spring. Aside from the frigid temps lately, the students have returned to campus this week! I am pumped! Having students back reminds me of why I work in admissions and love it so much. They make LSC...well, LSC! Also, the semester is off to a rockin start. We had over 100 transfer and first-time students begin this semester!! It was crazy busy on campus last Friday with advising, registration, workshops, and orientation in full swing. Thank goodness we have AMAZING staff and faculty that pull together to get all of these students set. Kudos to all of you that were involved with SOAR last Friday!
Well, students, I hope the first week of classes were thought-provoking, interesting, engaging, gripping, fun, entertaining, captivating, amusing,....yeah, yeah, you get the picture...see ya next time and Welcome back LSC!
