Well, I must say life for me lately has taken a major shift...About 2 weeks ago, my husband came home with an early Christmas present for me: a siberian husky puppy! I was very surprised and excited since we had been talking about getting a husky pup for a long time. We named him Kenai, which actually is a city/river/peninsula in Alaska and also, where my little brother currently lives. It has been quite an adjustment for me so far since I have never raised a puppy before (I thought they knew to use the bathroom outside...ha!!). He is adorable, beautiful, sweet, and just a total SPAZ, which will be great when I take him on long runs in the spring. Also, he absolutely loves snow (of course, right? He's a husky!), which is hysterical to watch because he tries to get his little legs up the huge mounds of snow the plow trucks push aside. Anyhow, I hope you all are staying warm and getting your fill of the snow.
